Question 1

How long does recovery take at Loews Miami Beach Hotel?

Accepted Answer

The median at this venue is 2 days from the moment a claim is filed, measured against claims that were eventually matched. Items that are never handed in sit outside that figure.

Question 2

What should I put in the claim description?

Accepted Answer

Colour, material, any distinguishing marks, and the contents if the item is a bag. A description a stranger could use to identify the item is enough.

Question 3

Can I file after leaving Miami Beach?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The claim is handled remotely. If the item is found you choose whether to collect it in person or have it shipped, and the desk quotes that separately.
